BT and OpenReach Contact Information
If you feel that we are being unfairly treated or disadvantaged by not being provided NGA (Next Generation Access) AKA Fibre Optic Broadband to our properties, you may wish to contact BT and/or OpenReach and make your opinion known.
Here are some contacts who you may find useful. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any information or contacts we should add to this page.
If any contact is particularly useful - or unhelpful, do let us know so we can update our information.
UPDATE: We have been asked (By the BT Legal Department) to remove a number of BT Contacts from this page for reasons such as they are "getting complaints from members of the public". As the "High level complaints team" repeatedly provided endless excuses and very little useful results we suggest complaints are escalated to your MP or local press as this seems to have far better results than escalating within BT where the staff have no useful information or authority.
As always, please email us with any details of useful contacts at BT - however I should add that in two years we have not received a single suggestion for a useful contact in BT and the BT legal department were also unable or unwilling to provide any.
PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF THE CONTACT DETAILS BELOW AS WE MAY BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM
